Job Title: Business Development & Sales Manager – Website Services
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Experience: 3+ years preferred

industries, helping them establish a powerful online presence. We are looking for a goal-
oriented and proactive Business Development & Sales Manager to drive website service

sales and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 Generate leads and convert prospects for website development, design, and
maintenance services.
 Achieve monthly sales targets to be mutually agreed.
 Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various channels
(cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
 Conduct client meetings (online or in-person), understand their requirements, and
present suitable solutions.
 Prepare customized proposals with Execution team and close deals.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communication.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
 Proven experience in selling new website design & development services.
 Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in
IT/digital/website services).
 Strong understanding of website solutions (WordPress, e-commerce, static/dynamic
websites, etc.).
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
 Experience in both domestic & international sales.
 Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
