Chartered Accountant
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting and book-keeping of project-related expenses and revenues.

Support in preparation of MIS reports, cost sheets, and variance analysis.

Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control for ongoing projects.

Help in GST, TDS, and other tax compliances — return filing, reconciliation, and documentation.

Support internal and statutory audit processes — coordination, data preparation, and responding to queries.

Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts, client billing, and project-related financial records.

Assist in project-wise fund tracking, cash flow management, and capital expenditure reporting.

Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and general ledger reconciliations.

Work closely with the project and procurement teams for verification of invoices and contract terms.

Support in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and budget vs. actual comparisons for projects.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.

Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
