We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth for our architecture firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and track industry trends.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.

  • Represent the firm at networking events and conferences.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with design, project, and marketing teams to align business efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3–5 years of business development/sales experience in architecture, construction, or design industry.

  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
