We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth for our architecture firm.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and track industry trends.

Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.

Represent the firm at networking events and conferences.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Collaborate with design, project, and marketing teams to align business efforts.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of business development/sales experience in architecture, construction, or design industry.

Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
