Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Description:
The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or machinery at client sites. The role ensures smooth operation, timely troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction through quality technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission machines or systems.

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Provide on-site or remote customer support.

  • Maintain service reports and documentation.

  • Coordinate with the technical and sales team for service requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

  • 1–3 years of experience in service/maintenance (freshers can also apply).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel as per job requirement.
