Role Objective:

To lead the entire finance, accounts, and compliance function of Som Distilleries Group, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and strategic support to the CEO and Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end accounting, finance, and statutory compliance across the group companies.

• Ensure timely finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and consolidated financials.

• Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital management.

• Drive internal financial controls, audits, risk management, and governance across the group.

• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS, financial dashboards, and Board reports to the CEO.

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, IND-AS, Income Tax, GST, Excise, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks.

• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO for growth, expansions, and cost efficiency.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, and consultants for smooth business operations.

• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team at HO and plant level.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

• 12–18 years of strong post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing / FMCG /Alcoholic Beverages)sector.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and corporate finance at senior management level.

• Strong understanding of IND-AS, taxation, statutory audit, and corporate governance.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Exposure to SAP/ERP environment preferred.
