Chartered Accountant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS).
• Handle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Ensure budgeting and forecasting processes are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain banking relationships, manage cash flow, and oversee fund management.
• Support financial planning, cost analysis, and internal control improvements.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and tax laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA qualification from ICAI (mandatory).
• Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in [Industry e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, IT, or Financial Services].
• Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) is an added advantage.
