Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to be the voice and visual curator of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of the luxury and lifestyle space, and a knack for creating content that captivates and converts. You will be responsible for showcasing our stunning jewellery collections, running impactful ad campaigns, and building a loyal community of jewellery lovers across social media.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored for a jewellery brand. Manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, ensuring a consistent and luxurious brand image.

Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content for our jewellery. This includes creating breathtaking Reels that highlight the sparkle and craftsmanship of our pieces, curating visually appealing carousels, and writing elegant and engaging captions that tell the story behind each collection.

Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns to drive traffic, increase online sales, and promote new product launches. You will be responsible for audience targeting and A/B testing to maximize ROI.

Influencer & Collaboration Management: Identify and build relationships with micro and macro-influencers, lifestyle bloggers, and fashion creators who align with our brand's aesthetic. Manage collaborations from outreach to execution, ensuring a high-quality outcome.

Community Engagement: Actively monitor our social media channels, responding to customer queries and comments with a refined and professional tone. Foster a community where our followers feel connected to our brand and its values.

Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends in the fashion and jewellery industry. Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and unique.

Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, website clicks, and sales generated from social media. Provide regular reports and insights to refine our strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role, preferably within a fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery brand.

A strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly your expertise in creating aesthetic and high-quality visual content.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.

Exceptional visual storytelling skills and the ability to capture the intricate details of jewellery through photography and video.

Proficiency in creating and editing short-form video content (Reels).

Excellent written communication skills, with a flair for crafting brand-appropriate and captivating copy.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
