Job Description:

Job Summary As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. You will manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure smooth workflow while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control. • Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward goods. • Monitor handling of goods to prevent damage and ensure safety. • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space. • Train and guide warehouse staff/workers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. • Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels and warehouse activities. Required Qualifications & Skills • 1■2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management. • Strong organizational and problem■solving skills. • Knowledge of inventory management systems. • Ability to supervise and coordinate a team. • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word). • Good communication skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Preferred/Desirable • Experience in scrap, metals, or manufacturing industries. • Knowledge of ERP/WMS software. • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
