Job Description:
General Manager-Team Head
Job Overview:
- Will be responsible for driving sales of All products or specific products in a specific Territory area with Team leaders.
- The individual will lead a team of sales executives or Business Managers or Associate Business Managers to achieve sales targets, on how to build strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- You will build a team of Rupee boss Associates (like CA, Real estate agents, Insurance Agents, Small DSAs) who will be our referral partners.
- You will also build HNI Customers for Loans.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitor Field visits on updated CRM daily basis & guide the entire team
- Responsible for work force planning, recruitment-retention & training, suited to handle various Secured/MSME products across given territories. Ensuring team skill development through maximum meetings and continuous monitoring of various field visits on regular basis by identifying training needs as per the requirement on achieving given commitments.
- Drive sales of secured & Unsecured loan products & MSME field visits on weekly basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team leaders or business managers. Conduct regular performance reviews(weekly) on set process of 10 Parameters & 10 Revenue center of Rupee boss. Identify new business sourcing opportunities by attending MSME Workshop/Seminars.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Accounts and HR, to ensure smooth execution.
Key Skills –
- Relationship management, Business sourcing Model
- Good understanding of financial products and credit
- Strong relationship with other NBFC's and banks
- Strong understanding of loan origination and management processes.
Experience -
- Experience Min 8yrs exp + Experience working in a DSA, NBFC, NBFC MFI, or Bank At least 5 years in a team handling and leadership role. Must be familiar about business correspondent model working with top lending institutions.
