Job Description:

 

  1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  2. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet manpower requirements.

  3. Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and job specifications.

  4. Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting for candidate sourcing.

  5. Manage job postings, candidate databases, and applicant tracking systems.

  6. Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds with stakeholders.

  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

  8. Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

  9. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs/campus drives.

  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment.
