Job Description:

This is a full-time role for Area Sales Manager – East.
He will be responsible for the below functions, broadly:
▪ Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our
products, resulting in new client development.
▪ Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location (east) by
implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
▪ Establish and nurture client relationships.
▪ Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals,
analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
▪ Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them
▪ Training session with users.
▪ New product promotion.
▪ Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging
them.
▪ Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress.
▪ Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
▪ Market research for new products & new market generation.
▪ Train, lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics
to meet revenue objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
▪ Minimum 4-5 years’ sales & marketing experience in PPE industry.
▪ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or
related field is preferred.

▪ Knowledge of market, target client, product & competition.
▪ Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
▪ Proven experience in customer relationship management.
▪ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
▪ Effective communication skills.
▪ Exceptional customer service skills.
▪ Ability to influence others.
▪ Team player with leadership quality & problem-solving capacity.
▪ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation
▪ As per industry standards.
▪ Hike over existing package and capability of the candidate.
