Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently carry out surveying works (layout, levelling, setting out etc).
- Manage and supervise civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, and external development.
- Verify survey data, dimensions, and elevations against GFC drawings and report discrepancies.
- Prepare work measurements, quantity take-offs, and material reconciliation.
- Review and certify subcontractor bills based on actual work and measurements.
- Ensure quality assurance & quality control (QA/QC) at each stage of work.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines at site.
