Job Summary:

The Purchase MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing purchase-related data and reports. The role ensures accuracy in purchase records, supports procurement planning, tracks vendor performance, and provides actionable insights to management for cost control and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, maintain, and update all purchase data in the MIS system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports (PR, PO, GRN, pending orders, etc.).
• Track vendor-wise, material-wise, and category-wise purchase details.
• Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for timely data collection.
• Analyse purchase trends, cost variations, and supplier performance.
• Prepare comparative statements for procurement decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timely entry of purchase data in ERP/MIS.
• Support in budget tracking and cost-saving analysis.
• Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and vendor databases.
• Provide management with insights on inventory levels, stock-outs, and procurement delays.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS dashboards)
• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS- Purchase / Procurement support role.
