Position: Interior Finishing Engineer
Qualification: B.Des. / B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Architecture
Experience: Minimum 6 years (with at least the last 3 years in large‐scale projects)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Finishing Engineer to supervise and ensure high-quality execution of interior finishing works for a large residential project that includes a high-end clubhouse, retail areas, commercial buildings, and temples.The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Quality assurance is a key
objective of this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Coordination
 Review, understand, and interpret design and GFC drawings issued at the site.
 Coordinate with the Head Office design team and other stakeholders to resolve site-related design and implementation issues.
 Plan and sequence interior finishing work activities for smooth and efficient execution.
 Prepare schedules for finishing works in coordination with the Project Head.

2. Site Execution
 Supervise interior finishing activities across various project components such as residential units, clubhouse, retail, commercial buildings, and temples.
 Monitor daily site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
 Ensure compliance with finishing standards, safety protocols, and materials specifications.
 Coordinate work sequences among contractors to avoid delays and ensure smooth workflow.
 Oversee the installation and integration of internal MEP services within finishing works.

3. Documentation & Reporting
 Prepare, update, and maintain all documentation related to interior finishing works.
 Record detailed drawings, product specifications, site reports, inspection reports, and compliance records.
 Highlight discrepancies, raise RFIs, and maintain systematic documentation for design and quality reviews.

4. Technical Skills
 Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and reviewing finishing and MEP coordination drawings.
 Strong understanding of materials, workmanship standards, and modern finishing methodologies.

5. Communication & Leadership
 Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
 Ability to guide site supervisors and contractors to achieve quality and timeline targets.
