Service Manager
Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth workflow
Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff to meet productivity targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery
Monitor workshop efficiency, turnaround time, and adherence to SOPs
Handle customer complaints, escalations, and warranty claim processes
Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, training, and service campaigns
Maintain inventory control of spare parts and tools
Prepare service reports, analyze KPIs, and implement improvement plans
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Prior dealership service experience required
