Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Manager / Manager – IT to lead and manage our IT infrastructure with a strong focus on ODIN software, network security, virtualization, and server management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across a broad range of IT functions, ensuring operational excellence, data security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:

Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware).

Perform routine health checks, patch management, and performance tuning.
ODIN Software (Trading Platform):
-
Provide first-level support for ODIN trading software.
-
Coordinate with vendors and internal users to resolve issues and manage updates.
-
Monitor performance and ensure uptime for trading operations.
Network and Security:
-
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
-
Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.

Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and ensure network integrity.
Backup and Disaster Recovery:

Implement and manage backup strategies for critical systems and data.
-
Regularly test backup and recovery procedures.
-
Ensure business continuity through proper DR planning.
IT Compliance & Governance:

Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEBI, ISO, RBI guidelines where applicable).

Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Maintain asset inventory and software licensing.
Mail Server and Communication Systems:

Administer corporate mail servers (Exchange / M365 / Zimbra).

Monitor mail flow, spam filtering, and user access.
Team Management & Vendor Coordination:

Lead and mentor junior IT staff.

Liaise with third-party vendors for IT services, AMC, procurement, and support.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred)

Hands-on experience with:

ODIN Software (setup, user management, troubleshooting)

Firewall appliances (e.g., FortiGate, SonicWall, etc.)

Virtualization tools – Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESXi

Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP

Routers, switches, and network topology

Backup tools (Veeam, Acronis, Windows Backup, etc.)

Email solutions – Microsoft Exchange, Zimbra, or M365
