: Senior Skincare Product Formulator

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Skincare Formulator with at least 5 years of hands-on formulation experience. This individual will lead skincare product development projects, design innovative formulations, guide junior formulators, and ensure smooth scale-up and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation and development of a wide range of skincare products (lotions, creams, serums, cleansers, sunscreens, etc.) from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct in-depth ingredient research and selection, ensuring optimal efficacy and safety.
• Oversee stability, compatibility, efficacy, and sensory testing; review and interpret analytical data.
• Mentor and guide junior formulation scientists and laboratory technicians.
• Prepare/Review comprehensive documentation: formulation records, development reports, technical dossiers, and regulatory submissions.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

• Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech in in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in skincare or cosmetic formulation and development.
• Strong understanding of emulsion technology, active ingredients, preservation systems, and latest skincare trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams.
• Strong project management, documentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
