Assistant Skincare Product Formulator

Job Description:

We are seeking experience Skincare Product Formulator with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic R&D team in Panchkula. The candidate will assist in developing innovative, safe, and effective skincare products in line with regulatory and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating new skincare products (creams, lotions, serums, cleansers, etc.) from concept to finished form.
• Conduct research on raw materials, ingredients, and market trends to support product development.
• Prepare laboratory batches and maintain accurate documentation of formulations, results, and observations.
• Perform stability, compatibility, and performance testing for new formulations.
• Source and evaluate raw materials in collaboration with vendors/suppliers.
  

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

• Sc/B Pharma, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in cosmetic or skincare formulation.
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, and regulatory norms.
• Excellent record-keeping, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for skincare and new product innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
