Management Trainee -liquor Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Management Trainee to support the expansion of our liquor business into new states. This role involves market research, regulatory coordination, onboarding of distributors and direct interaction with foreign liquor suppliers and brand partners. The ideal candidate will assist in building and executing the company's multi-state expansion strategy and strengthen international coordination for a seamless supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and evaluating new state markets for liquor business expansion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target states.
Coordinate with state excise departments for licensing, label registration, and compliance processes.
Collaborate with legal, finance, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth market entry.
Prepare business proposals, reports and presentations for management and brand partners.
Coordinate with excise departments in various states to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Maintain trackers and reports related to operations, imports and sales performance.
Analyze consumption trends, regional market dynamics and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of state-wise liquor policies and import procedures
• Strong coordination, multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively across Indian states
