1. P&L Ownership & Strategy
- Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss for shows and projects; drive overall profitability through strategic planning and execution.
- Devise and implement strategies to streamline ongoing projects and initiate new events or shows in line with business goals.
3. Event Conceptualization:
- Create and execute new concepts and projects to meet changing industry requirements and increase revenue year-on-year.
4. Operations Management:
- Ensure seamless delivery of small, medium, and large-scale exhibitions and events across the country.
5. Strategic Planning:
- Establish short- and long-term goals; develop and manage budgets and business plans to achieve them.
6. Brand Promotion:
- Promote Brand India and the Indian industry globally through marquee events and international exhibitions.
7. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key business decision-makers to foster organizational growth.
8. Government & Industry Liaison:
- Collaborate closely with government officials, CEOs of industry sectors, and CII partners to drive sectoral and developmental agendas.
9. Team Management:
- Lead and manage internal teams; plan and optimize workflow across event execution and organizational functions.
- Oversee both internal and external communications; design and implement integrated marketing, PR, and communication strategies.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 12-15 years in B2B Sales can be from a middle level profile , Age within 38-43 Years. Accountable for achieving steep revenue targets within a tight timeline
2. Hands on Experience in the Industrial associations/ Exhibition Industry/ Bi-Lateral Associations Marketing/ Sales with Media, Banking or any other Service Industry , B2B experience preferred.
3. Experience in building relationships with various level business decision makers for the growth of the organization.
4. Proven track record of having run a similar operation / business with P&L responsibility in a strategic role.
5. Strong Commercial Acumen.
6. Proven High Value Project Management/ execution experience.
