MIS Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Officer for our Factory. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in handling data management, reporting, and Excel-based analysis. The role requires accuracy, speed, and a good understanding of operational and production data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update factory-related MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data.
• Prepare production, attendance, dispatch, and inventory reports.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and trackers for management review.
• Support management with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entered into MIS systems.
• Assist in documentation and report filing as per audit/compliance requirements.
• Basic support to admin and HR functions with data collation when needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of factory operations will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS/Data Entry roles
• Familiar with production or manufacturing data is a plus
• Should be open to full-time factory-based work schedule
