Responsibility
|
Networking, cold calling, and researching potential clients of paper and paper board.
|
|
New area / corporate client development by identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and developing tailored sales plans and credit terms within company guidelines paper and paper board.
|
|
|
Achieving quarterly sales targets by tracking performance, analyzing results, and making adjustments to sales strategies paper and paper board.
|
|
|
Negotiating and closing sales deals paper and paper board.
|
|
|
Analysing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities paper and paper board.
|
|
|
Building and maintaining good relationships with key clients by regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service paper and paper board.
|
|
|
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction paper and paper board.
|
|
|
Preparing sales reports and presentations whereever required.
|
|
|
Ensure actual payment as per payment terms with customers.
|
|
|
Staying informed about Paper and paper board industry trends and market changes.
|

|
Willingness to travel within and outside the state.

Handling market returns / customer complaints wherever necessary.

Desirable Qualification and Experience
|
Any graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in Sales of Paper industry. Computer literate with good skills in using MS office tools like MS Excel, MS Word and PPT.

|
Matured in decision-making and judgment, Strong leadership abilities, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, Analytical and data-driven mindset, Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
