About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary President – Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our residential real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in leading large-scale residential projects with reputed developer houses, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Define the overall project execution strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans.

  • Drive feasibility studies, master planning, design approvals, and budgeting for residential projects.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on land acquisition, regulatory approvals, and project positioning.

• Project Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle—from concept to completion.

  • Ensure strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Manage all internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) and external partners (consultants, contractors, architects).

• Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

  • Liaise with government authorities, statutory bodies, and consultants to secure necessary approvals.

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

• Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Implement robust project monitoring systems, cost control measures, and quality audits.

  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Key Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech/M.tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within reputed developer houses.

  • Mandatory experience in large-scale residential projects (townships, high-rise apartments, premium housing).

• Technical & Managerial Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of residential project planning, design, and execution.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliances, environmental norms, and building codes.

  • Proven track record in managing multi-crore budgets and delivering complex projects on time.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
