Job Summary:

The Manager/Dy.Manager – Corporate Accounts is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial accounting, corporate compliance, and reporting activities. The role ensures accurate maintenance of accounts, timely financial closure, statutory compliances, and supports audits and financial planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Handle finalization of accounts, including monthly, and annual closing of books.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis for senior management.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Manage cash flows, bank reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and maintenance of statutory records.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA / CMA / M.Com with MBA (Finance)
• 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting or financial management roles
• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance
