Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Executive who will play a key role in
ensuring smooth operational support across business functions. This role will provide direct support to
senior leadership in managing schedules, communication, and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and coordination support for daily business operations.
• Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for senior leadership.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Support in tracking key projects, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive support functions.
• Help organize internal events, reviews, and business meetings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a business support or executive assistant role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
