Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2 technical support for the Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platform in enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, and policy enforcement within ZPA.
• Manage and monitor ZPA components: App Connectors, Client Connector (ZCC), Private Service Edge, and Cloud Controller.
• Perform ZCC client troubleshooting and assist with deployment/configuration best practices.
• Conduct packet captures and root-cause analysis using tools such as Wireshark and traceroute.
• Support identity integration scenarios including SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and Azure AD.
• Work closely with internal teams, Zscaler Technical Support, and TAMs for escalated issues.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, track issue resolution, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain technical documentation and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
• Collaborate on issues involving ZIA components such as PAC files, SSL inspection, RBI session handling, and web policy management.
