Job Description:

This role involves generating quality leads, nurturing affiliate networks, and working closely with management to drive sales conversions and growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and local outreach.

Build and maintain affiliate networks and local business partnerships.

Use CRM software to update leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Accompany reporting managers to high-potential meetings for deal closures.

Report market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.

Coordinate with back office and service teams post-order to ensure client satisfaction.

👔 Candidate Profile
Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Industrial Equipment or Diesel Generator Sales.

Education:

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering background preferred.

ITI (Electrical) or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be an added plus.

Skills & Personality:

Effective communicator with business owners and key stakeholders.

Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Willing to travel 12–15 days/month within the assigned territory.
