We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory adherence and operational risk management across our Broking, Global Access Market, Distribution, and Insurance verticals in GIFT City. This is a key leadership role requiring in-depth knowledge of IFSCA regulations and capital market operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, and exchange regulations, including AML/CFT frameworks.

Lead client operations and risk management processes to ensure regulatory alignment.

Oversee regulatory reporting and filings with SEZ authorities, IFSCA, and exchanges.

Develop and implement internal policies, SOPs, compliance notes, and governance frameworks.

Collaborate with business teams to support business expansion and distribution growth.
Qualifications:

Post-graduate or professional degree in Finance, Law, Compliance, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, broking, or financial services.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (IFSCA, SEBI, IRDAI, etc.).

Excellent understanding of risk controls, regulatory filings, and policy drafting.

Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
