- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, human resources, or a related field (a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, healthcare recruitment, business development, or strategic partnership management, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare workforce dynamics, industry challenges, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and institutions.
