Job Description:

It aims to be a one-stop investment solution for all types of investors, providing a comprehensive range of products including Fixed-Income Securities, Listed Equity, Real Estate, Unlisted Equity, Mutual Funds, and more.

Generating consistent returns for over 8 years in the industry. Pool of Investors includes Listed Company, Senior Official of Big 4 consulting firms, Ex- Bankers & CXO Level Executive, Government Officials, Merchant Bankers,CA’s, & Company Professionals, Fin-Tech & MSME, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/ High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).

 

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and establish new channels for product
  • distribution, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
  •  Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to gather contact information
  • and qualify leads.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, features, and benefits, and
  • provide training and support to other team members to enhance their product
  • knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • that protect the interests of both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing
  • campaigns, promotions, and incentives to drive demand and increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management,
  • providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel performance and
  • maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry
  • regulations in all channel activities, and implement risk mitigation strategies as
  • needed.

 

  • Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Investment and
  • Finance industry.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales
  • targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Good Knowledge of all Financial and Investment Products, preferably Mutual Funds,
  • Insurance, Fixed Deposits, SIP, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, General Insurance, and
  • PMS.
