Job Description:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing resource allocation.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and cash flow forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Lead annual budget planning for Capex, P&L, and working capital, ensuring financial discipline and strategic cost management.
Conduct financial risk analysis to identify trends, mitigate potential challenges, and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the CEO, CCO, and CFO at the Group level, presenting key financial reports, performance insights, and
strategic recommendations.

Optimize working capital by monitoring inventory levels, analyzing reorder strategies, and maintaining a balanced DSI
against budgetary targets.
Strengthen cash flow management by maintaining an optimal DSO through proactive receivables tracking, weekly reviews,
and structured follow-ups.
Spearhead financial compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence, ensuring seamless annual financial closure and statutory audits.
