Trademark Associate
Job Description:
- Trade mark prosecution and contentious matters
- Advising on adoption and clearance searches
- Drafting office action responses
- Appearances in show cause and opposition hearings before the Trade Marks Registry, Delhi
- Legal research and strategic case analysis
- Enrolment with a State Bar Council (Enrolment ID & AIBE status to be mentioned)
- Strong experience in trade mark matters; Registry hearing exposure preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Technically proficient and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated long-term commitment to Intellectual Property practice
