Job Description:

Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and retail marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in building premium or luxury brands, particularly in lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery. You will be responsible for driving brand equity, customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
● Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s growth and positioning objectives.
● Build and lead a high-performance marketing team across branding, digital, content, PR, retail, and performance marketing.

2. Brand Management
● Strengthen brand positioning, identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
● Drive brand campaigns that connect emotionally with the target audience and elevate the brand image.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing
● Lead digital marketing strategy across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, influencer, affiliate).
● Optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI through data-driven performance marketing.

4. Retail & Omnichannel Marketing
● Develop marketing strategies to drive footfall, sales, and brand visibility across retail stores and digital platforms.
● Align campaigns across e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, and marketplaces to create a seamless omnichannel experience.

5. Product Launches & Campaigns
● Oversee launch strategies for new collections or seasonal campaigns with cohesive 360- degree marketing plans.

6. Customer & Market Insights
● Leverage consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
● Build and nurture customer engagement through CRM, loyalty programs, and personalisation strategies.

7. PR & Influencer Marketing
● Manage relationships with PR agencies, fashion/lifestyle influencers, stylists, and media to maximize brand visibility.
● Spearhead celebrity and brand collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience
● 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
● Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery industries preferred.
● Proven success in brand building, digital marketing, and managing large cross-functional teams.
● Strong understanding of consumer behavior, luxury positioning, and premium retail environments.
● Data-savvy with a performance-driven mindset.
● MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
