Process Engineer for Meghalaya

Job Description:

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective cement production.

• Analyze process data and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

• Work closely with the quality team to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or equipment failures.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as energy efficiency, raw material utilization, and emission reduction.

• Support plant commissioning, modifications, and upgrades for enhanced plant performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation departments.

• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and documentation related to process changes and performance.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the plant operations.

• Mentor junior engineers and operators on process best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
