Deputy General Manager - Process
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize end-to-end process operations in the cement plant to ensure maximum efficiency and output.

Monitor and control process parameters to achieve desired quality and productivity targets.

Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).

Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth plant operations.
-
Identify and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
-
Evaluate and troubleshoot process bottlenecks and recommend engineering solutions.
-
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
-
Guide and mentor process engineers and operators for skill development.
-
Drive process automation and digitization projects in coordination with the technical team.
-
Prepare and present technical reports, productivity analyses, and performance reviews to senior management.
-
Lead root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with external consultants and R&D teams for process optimization projects.
