Job Description:
Seeking an experienced **AWS IAAS Cloud Expertise . The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing and supporting AWS Infra with BAU Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
**AWS/Azure Cloud Management:**
- Administer and support core AWS Services
- Proficient in Compute Infrastructure EC2, EBS volumes, patching compliance & Backup restoration
- Managing and Monitoring of Current Infrastructure
- Sound knowledge on Security Groups, NACL, VPC peering , Transit gateway, VPN Connections and Endpoints
- Implement the best practices as per the Requirement
- Good Knowledge to Billing and cost optimization, Cost Saving Plans
- Good Exposure of S3 storage , policies, ACL’s & EFS
- Automation Knowledge of Lambda and scripts
- Sound knowledge over AWS Security – WAF , SSO, IAM policies, Control Tower.
- Vulnerabilities Remediation
- Experience with scripting for automation of routine tasks.
- Strong Presentation Skills and customer facing
- Escalations handling via phone email from client and coordinating with teams until resolution or satisfaction.
- Email Monitoring and calls handing.
- Presenting and updating MOM Points as per discussion in the meeting with client
- Arranging calls and meetings of DC Technical Teams with External teams, clients, Vendors.
- Coordinating with all teams and pushing on a single bridge for Resolution ASAP.
- Ensuring CR SLA’s meet
- DC Team shift Roster managing and sharing the updated one with client weekly.
- Escalations handling via phone email from client and coordinating with teams until resolution or satisfaction
- Coordinating with vendors on Data centre visit for Maintenance activities.
- Ensuring Team is present in shift as per Roster
- Change management, Collecting CRF and presenting in CAB meeting
- Certifications such as AWS Administrator .
