Profile: Manager – Investment Banking
 A candidate should be Chartered Accountant.
 1 to 2 year experience in investment banking with due diligence and financial modelling.
 Drafting and preparation of Offer /IPO Documents.
 Liasoning and coordination with clients, intermediaries, SEBI and stock exchanges.
 Analyse the business model of the clients, risks involved therein, critical analysis of past financials.
 Assisting in finalization of Restated Financial Statements of the clients.
 Keeping the internal record/ MIS of the ongoing assignments.
 Advisory to clients in relation to Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, FEMA Laws, SEBI Regulations and
secretarial laws.
