Job Description:

Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Sr. Executive- CRM- Health Insurance or Pharma to lead our Sales function with the purpose
of the company’s strategic goals
Role and Responsibilities
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
• Un- Cap PLI -(Performance Link Incentive)
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
o Certifications or training in sales or insurance
• Experience:
o Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
o Experience in selling health insurance Pharma similar financial products is a plus.

• Skills:
o Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
o Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
o Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations.
o Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
o Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
o Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
