Skills
Mould Setup & Process Control
o Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines as per production schedules.
o Develop and optimize moulding parameters to ensure consistent part quality and reduce cycle
time.
o Ensure proper installation and maintenance of moulds, dies, and related equipment.
o Troubleshoot process-related and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
Process Improvement
o Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce
waste.
o Maintain production documentation such as process sheets, job cards, and setup records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
 Strong knowledge of plastic materials Processing.
 Proficiency in injection moulding machines
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Team leadership and communication skills.
