All india head for sales and marketing

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for utility poles (tubular, polygonal, swaged, high mast, etc.).

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in public sector tenders, EPCs, DISCOMs, railways, telecom, and infrastructure companies.

  • Lead tendering processes, pricing strategy, bid preparation, and negotiation.

🔹 Team & Territory Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing national sales team; define KPIs and sales targets for each region.

  • Conduct regular territory reviews, pipeline meetings, and performance evaluations.

  • Align zonal and regional strategies with national objectives.

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain and grow key account relationships with government departments, PSUs, and private clients.

  • Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings.

  • Oversee contract finalization, order conversion, and after-sales coordination.

🔹 Marketing Strategy

  • Oversee brand positioning, product promotion, and marketing communications.

  • Drive lead generation through digital marketing, trade shows, and vendor registrations.

  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform go-to-market plans.
