Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for utility poles (tubular, polygonal, swaged, high mast, etc.).

Identify and pursue business opportunities in public sector tenders, EPCs, DISCOMs, railways, telecom, and infrastructure companies.

Lead tendering processes, pricing strategy, bid preparation, and negotiation.
🔹 Team & Territory Management

Build and lead a high-performing national sales team; define KPIs and sales targets for each region.

Conduct regular territory reviews, pipeline meetings, and performance evaluations.

Align zonal and regional strategies with national objectives.
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain and grow key account relationships with government departments, PSUs, and private clients.

Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Oversee contract finalization, order conversion, and after-sales coordination.
🔹 Marketing Strategy

Oversee brand positioning, product promotion, and marketing communications.

Drive lead generation through digital marketing, trade shows, and vendor registrations.

Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform go-to-market plans.
