Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations across our warehouse and retail channels. The Stock Manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, tracking shipments, managing stock storage, and coordinating with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent overstock or stockouts.

• Supervise stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems or ERP software.

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth inventory flow.

• Analyze inventory reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in stock handling.

• Train and oversee warehouse or stockroom staff.

• Optimize stock storage space and improve stock handling efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in inventory or stock management (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho Inventory, Tally ERP).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety standards and stock rotation practices.

Preferred Skills:
