The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new luxury villa rental bookings, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients and travel partners, and effectively promoting the company’s exclusive portfolio of properties. They deliver personalized service to meet the unique needs of discerning clientele while collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Their efforts directly contribute to achieving sales targets, expanding the brand’s presence in key markets, and enhancing the company’s reputation in the luxury travel sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all enquiries and reach out to potential renters through various mediums.

  • Maintain strong relations with B2B partners to increase sales revenues.

  • Record all enquiries in a timely manner and maintain the home calendar.

  • Coordinate and plan all rental stays with the local ground team.

  • Coordinate home maintenance from time to time with the Operations team.

  • Create monthly financials of the rental earnings.

  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

  • Maintain the CRM on a real time basis.
