About the Role:

The Marketing / Listing Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing property listings while supporting marketing initiatives to grow the company’s luxury rental portfolio. They ensure all property descriptions on OTAs are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards, while producing engaging content to attract target audiences. Additionally, they conduct market research, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes and contribute to the company’s growth in the high-end vacation rental market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

• Ensure listings on all the OTAs with the correct description of all our homes. Keep these descriptions up to date as per the changes in the surroundings/amenities. 

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

• Manage coordination of marketing and communications activities to leverage reach/results as directed by the Marketing Manager.

• Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns with sales activities.

• Produce and submit PR, Marketing and Social media activity reports.

• Ensure listings on all the OTAs with the correct description of all our homes. Keep these descriptions up to date as per the changes in the surroundings/amenities.
