Job Description:
Job Summary:
Senior HOTL will oversee and support the HOTL team to ensure the achievement of sales
targets and the implementation of strategic initiatives for state-wide growth. This role
involves coordinating HOTL, sales activities, analyzing market trends, and developing
strategies to enhance sales performance and dealer/distributor satisfaction for the state.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing, or in a related field.
Proven at least 10 years’ experience in retail/channel sales with team lead.
Exposure in direct retail/channel sales will be with team handling experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HOTLs and schedules, territories, and quotas for the retail sales team. Currently HOTLs are given a particular state(10 to 15 districts) and that particular area starting from all the Sales Executive to the Area Sales Manager, HOTl will be supervising them.
