Job Description:

Role Overview:
You’ll be the front face of the company’s research services. This includes identifying leads, engaging skincare brands (startups and established), building trust, and closing deals in collaboration with the internal research and formulation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B leads (D2C skincare brands, cosmetic entrepreneurs, wellness brands) through existing leads or cold calls.
  • Present Skinovation Sciences research services in a compelling manner.
  • Build and nurture client relationships across India and global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and deliverables.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue targets.
  • Represent Skinovation Sciences at digital marketing and sales events/webinars (as needed).

Ideal Profile:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in beauty, wellness, biotech or any research sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of skincare, wellness trends.
  • A network in startup ecosystems is a bonus.
