Job Description:

Lead Handling & Qualification
 Manage incoming leads from various sources (website, social media, email, and campaigns).
 Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
 Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead details.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
 Identify potential leads through online research and databases.
 Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to nurture leads.
 Follow up on warm leads to schedule meetings and demos.
Collaboration & Reporting
 Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
 Prepare weekly & monthly lead reports to track progress and success rates.
 Assist in optimizing lead generation strategies based on data insights.
Customer Engagement
 Respond promptly to lead inquiries and provide initial product or service information.
 Handle basic objections and questions before escalating to sales executives.
