Manager / Sr. Manager – International Sales & Marketing (South/Latin
America)
Location: Marketing Office, Delhi
Product Portfolio: BOPP / Polyester Films
Spanish Language knowledge is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in South/Latin American
markets.
 Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors in the
region.
 Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic
partnerships.
 Conduct regular customer visits and market research to understand trends, pricing, and
competition.
 Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Production) to ensure timely
order execution and customer satisfaction.
 Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior
management.
Reporting to: AVP / Sr. VP – Sales & Marketing (Exports)
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
 Graduate (preferably MBA / B.Tech) with strong business acumen.
 Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Portuguese will be an added advantage.
 7–12 years of experience in international sales & marketing, preferably in the
South/Latin American region.
 Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural adaptability.
 Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Preference: Immediate joiners or short notice period.
