Sales Head
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our real estate sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all projects. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and a strong ability to convert leads into successful sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.

Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to final sale closure.

Ensure targets are achieved across residential and/or commercial projects.

Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Set clear KPIs and track team performance.

Revenue Growth:

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Optimize pricing strategies and offers to maximize profitability.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market shifts.

Provide insights for product development, marketing, and project planning.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Ensure a seamless customer journey and satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to align goals and campaigns.

Provide inputs for marketing strategies, campaigns, and product positioning.

Requirements:

Proven track record of 10+ years in sales leadership roles within the real estate sector.

Strong network with channel partners, brokers, and HNIs.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Data-driven and strategic mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred:

Experience in high-ticket or luxury real estate sales.

Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure sales performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
2. Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement best practices to boost sales productivity.
3. Sales Enablement: Provide training, support, and tools to ensure the sales team is equipped to succeed.
4. CRM Management: Own and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adoption.
5. Sales Forecasting: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and refine sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity analysis.
6. Project Management: Lead special projects to drive sales growth, improve sales infrastructure, and support strategic initiatives.
7. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
