Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Specialist with strong expertise in financial planning, strategic accounting, and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, preferably in the solar or energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to drive business decision-making.
•Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and budgeting reports.
•Work on strategic accounting financial analysis to improve financial processes.
•Utilize advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) for financial modeling and data analysis.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
•Analyse operational costs and financial performance to recommend optimization strategies.
•Support management with investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and profitability assessments.
•Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry regulations.
•Manages PMO-finance as a controller to monitor and report budget vs. actual vs forecast for respective FY on monthly or weekly basis as per desired governance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•4-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Strategic Accounting.
•Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Power Query, etc.).
•Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, cost analysis, and budget planning.
•Experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
•Industry experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Engineering sectors is a plus.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Background in energy, solar, or infrastructure finance.
•Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools.
•Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the energy sector.
