Job Description:
Working Days Monday to Saturday
Base location will be Malad - But he will travel to Andheri, Mira road and Boisar according to the work. 

We are looking for SCM Manager who will be handling group level Supply chain Managment 
  • Planning 
  • Policy implementation 
  • Procurement of  raw materials 
  • Inventory (stock and warehouse)
  • Internal coordination with sales and production team 
  • Handling multiple SKU.
  • Team handling 
  • Logistic


    Roles & Responsibilities
     Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain
    resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
     Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located
    in the company, at sites, and in the factory& Warehouse
     Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize
    production reorder levels
     Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to
    increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
     Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while
    ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
     Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to
    consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
     Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes
    recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement,
    and storage of materials.
     Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or
    logistics partner.
     Participates as an advisory member of the product development team,
    providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and
    materials.
     Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality
    and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in
    collaboration with other departments.
     Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and
    other issues
     Evaluate and report on KPIs
     Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
     Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
     Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
    (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
     Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
     Analysis of slow moving and obsolete stock and suggest to replenish stock

  • Education and Experience

    Minimum 10 years and above years of experience.
    Knowledge of ISO is a must
    Group level Experience is a must
    Should have handled multiple SKQ
    Order Revenue
    Logistics EOU experience is a must
    Knowledge of EXIM is a must
