Description
We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager to lead and oversee our Sales Managers and their teams in the luxury real estate sector. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful closure of high-value property transactions, developing sales strategies, and driving overall team performance. You will work closely with Sales Managers, senior management, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3 Sales Managers along with their respective teams.
Oversee and drive the closing process for high-value luxury real estate transactions.
Ensure sales targets are met by implementing effective closing strategies.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to sales managers to enhance their performance.
Monitor market trends and analyze competition to refine sales strategies.
Handle complex negotiations and high-value client interactions to secure successful deals.
Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and investors to facilitate future sales.
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, contracts, and legal formalities.
Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing efforts.
Act as a bridge between Sales Managers and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and execution of strategies.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
Experience: 6-8 years in Gurgaon luxury real estate, with a proven track record in team management and deal closures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in real estate CRM software, sales tracking tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Mandatory:
Experience in handling a team of sales professionals.
Laptop and vehicle are mandatory for the role.
